And a Rod shall come forth from the stump of Jesse, and a Sprout from his roots shall be fruitful. The Spirit of Yehovah, shall rest upon Him — the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, the Spirit of counsel and might, the Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of Yehovah, and shall make Him breathe in the fear of Yehovah. And He shall not judge by the sight of His eyes, nor decide by the hearing of His ears. But with righteousness He shall judge the poor, and shall decide with straightness for the meek ones of the earth, and shall strike the earth with the rod of His mouth, and slay the wrong with the breath of His lips. And righteousness shall be the girdle of His loins, and trustworthiness the girdle of His waist.

In that day a slaughter-place to Yehovah shall be in the midst of the land of Egypt, and a standing column to Yehovah at its border. And it shall be for a sign and for a witness to Yehovah of hosts in the land of Egypt. When they cry to Yehovah because of the oppressors, He sends them a Saviour and a great one, and shall deliver them. And Yehovah shall be known to Egypt, and the Mitsrites shall know Yehovah in that day, and make slaughtering and meal offering, and shall make a vow to Yehovah and pay it. And Yehovah shall smite Egypt, smite it and heal it. And they shall turn to Yehovah, and He shall hear them and heal them. In that day there shall be a highway from Egypt to Ashshur, and Ashshur shall come into Egypt and Egypt into Ashshur, and Egypt shall serve with Ashshur. In that day Israel shall be one of three with Egypt and Ashshur, even a blessing in the midst of the earth, whom Yehovah of hosts shall bless, saying, “Blessed is Egypt My people, and Ashshur the work of My hands, and Israel My inheritance.”

And many peoples shall come and say, “Come, and let us go up to the mountain of Yehovah, to the House of the Elohim of Jacob, and let Him teach us His ways, and let us walk in His paths, for out of Tsiyon comes forth the Torah, and the Word of Yehovah from Yerushalayim.” And He shall judge between the nations, and shall reprove many peoples. And Yehovah shall put under the ban the tongue of the Sea of Mitsrayim, and He shall wave His hand over the River with the might of His Spirit, and shall strike it in the seven streams, and shall cause men to tread it in sandals. And there shall be a highway for the remnant of His people, those left from Ashshur, as it was for Israel in the day when he came up from the land of Egypt.
Isaiah 11:13-16
And now said Yehovah — who formed Me from the womb to be His Servant, to bring Jacob back to Him, though Israel is not gathered to Him, yet I am esteemed in the eyes of Yehovah, and My Elohim has been My strength — and He says, “Shall it be a small matter for You to be My Servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob, and to bring back the preserved ones of Israel? And I shall give You as a light to the nations, to be My deliverance to the ends of the earth!” Thus said Yehovah, the Redeemer of Israel, their Set-apart One, of the nation, to the despised, to the loathed One of the nation, to the Servant of rulers also shall bow themselves, because of Yehovah who is steadfast, the Set-apart One of Israel. And He has chosen You!” Thus said Yehovah, “In a favorable time I shall answer You, and in the day of deliverance I shall help You — and I guard You and give You for a covenant of the people, to restore the earth, to cause them to inherit the ruined inheritances, to say to the prisoners, ‘Go out,’ to those who are in darkness, ‘Show yourselves.’ Let them feed on the ways, and let their pasture be on all bare hills.

Do you not know it? I am even making a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert. “The beast of the field esteems Me, the jackals and the ostriches, because I have given waters in the wilderness ad rivers in the desert, to give drink to My people, My chosen, this people I have formed for Myself, let them relate My praise.
Isaiah 43:15-21

Was it not You who dried up the sea, the waters of the great deep, who made the depths of the sea a way for the redeemed to pass over? And let the ransomed of Yehovah return. And they shall come to Tsiyon with singing, with everlasting joy on their heads. Let them attain joy and gladness; sorrow and sighing shall flee away.

“Oh, Oh! And flee from the land of the north,” declares Yehovah, “for I have scattered you like the four winds of the heavens,” declares Yehovah. ‘Oh, Tsiyon! Escape, you who dwell with the daughter of Babel.” For Thus said Yehovah of hosts (for the sake of esteem He sent me to the nations which plunder you): “For he who touches you touches the apple of my eye. “For look, I am waving My hand against them, and they shall become spoil for their servants. And you shall know that Yehovah of hosts has sent Me.
Zechariah 2:6-9
And in the latter days it shall be that the mountain of the House of Yehovah is established on the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills. And peoples shall flow to it. And many nations shall come and say, “Come, and let us go up the mountain of Yehovah, to the House of the Elohim of Jacob, and let Him teach us His ways, and let us walk in His paths. For out of Tsiyon comes forth the Torah, and the word of Yehovah from Yerushalayim.” And He shall judge among many peoples, and reprove strong nations afar off. For all the peoples walk, each one in the name of his mighty one, but we walk in the Name of Yehovah our Elohim forever and ever. “In that day,” declares Yehovah, “I gather the lame, and I bring together the outcast and those whom I have afflicted. “And I shall make the lame a remnant, and the outcast a strong nation. And Yehovah shall reign over them in Mount Tsiyon, from now on and forever.
Micah 4:1-7
Shepherd Your people with Your rod, the flock of Your inheritance, who dwelt alone in a forest, in the midst of Karmel. Let them feed in Bashan and Gil’ad, as in days of old. “As in the days when you came out of the land of Egypt, I shall let him see wonders.” Let the nations see and be ashamed of all their might, let them put their hand over their mouth, let their ears be deaf. Let them lick the dust like a serpent, let them come trembling from their strongholds like snakes of the earth, let them be afraid of Yehovah our Elohim and fear because of You. Who is an El like you — taking away crookedness and passing over the transgression of the remnant of His inheritance? He shall not retain His wrath forever, for He Himself delights in loving-commitment. He shall turn back, He shall have compassion on us, He shall trample upon all our sins into the depths of the sea! You give truth to Jacob, loving-commitment to Abraham, which You swore to our fathers from the days of old!

And I shall repair its breaches and raise up its ruins. And I shall build it as in the days of old, so that they possess the remnant of Edom, and all the nations on whom My Name is called,” declares Yehovah who does this. “Look, the days are coming,” declares Yehovah, “that the ploughman shall overtake the reaper, and the treader of grapes him who sows seed. And the mountains shall drip new wine, and all the hills melt. “And I shall turn back the captivity of My people Israel. And they shall build the waste cities and inhabit them. And they shall plant vineyards drink wine from them, and shall make gardens and eat their fruit. “And I shall plant them on their own soil, and not uproot them any more from their own soil I have given them,’ said Yehovah your Elohim!

For look, I am saving you from afar, and your seed from the land of their captivity. And Jacob shall return, and have rest and be at ease, with no one to trouble him. ‘For I am with you,’ declares Yehovah, ‘to save you. Though I make a complete end of all the nations where I have scattered you, yet I do not make a complete end of you. But I shall reprove you in judgement, and by no means leave you unpunished.’

I shall make them walk by rivers of waters, in a straight way in which they do not stumble. For I shall be a Father to Israel, and Ephraim — he is My first-born. “Hear the word of Yehovah, O nations, declare it in the isles afar off, and say, ‘He who scattered Israel gathers him, and shall guard him as a shepherd his flock.’ “For Yehovah shall ransom Jacob, and redeem him from the hand of one stronger than he.

And I shall take the heart of stone out of your flesh, and I shall give you a heart of flesh, and put My Spirit within you. And I shall cause you to walk in My laws and guard My right-rulings and shall do them. “And you shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers. And you shall be My people, and I shall be your Elohim. “And I shall save you from all your uncleannesses. And one king shall be king over them all, and let them no longer be two nations, and let them no longer be divided into two reigns. “And they shall no longer defile themselves with their idols, nor with their disgusting matters, nor with any of their transgressions. And I shall save them from all their dwelling places in which they have sinned, and I shall cleanse them. And they shall be My people, and I be their Elohim, while David My servant is king over them. And they shall all have one shepherd and walk in My right-rulings and guard My laws, and shall do them. “And they shall dwell in the land that I have given to Jacob My servant, where your fathers dwelt. And they shall dwell in it, they and their children and their children’s children, forever, and My servant David be their prince forever. ‘And I shall make a covenant of peace with them — an everlasting covenant it is with them. And I shall place them and increase them, and shall place My set-apart place in their midst, forever. “And My Dwelling Place shall be over them.
