RESURRECTION STORY
1) The sabbath day was now over. It was dawn on the first day of the week. Mary magdalene and the other Mary went to look at the tomb. There was a powerful earthquake. An angel of Yahovah came down from heaven. The angel went to the tomb. He rolled back the stone and sat on it. His body shone like lightning. His clothes were as white as snow. The guards were so afraid of him that they shook and became like dead men. The angel said to the women, “Don’t be afraid. I know that you are looking for Yeshua, who was crucified. He is not here! He has risen, just as he said he would! Come and see the place where he was lying. Go quickly! Tell his disciples, ‘He has risen from the dead. He is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see him.’ Now I have told you.” So the women hurried away from the tomb. They were aafraid, but they were filled with joy. They ran to tell the disciples. Suddenly Yeshua met them. “Greetings!” he said. They came to him, took hold of his feet and worshiped him. Then Yeshua said to them, “Don’t be afraid. Go and tell my brothers to go to Galilee. There they will see me.”
Matthew 28:1-10
2) The sabbath day ended. Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of James, and Salome bought spices. They were going to apply them to Yeshua’s body. Very early on the first day of the week, they were on their way to the tomb. It was just after sunrise. They asked each other, “Who will roll the stone away from the entrance to the tomb?” Then they looked up and saw that the stone had been rolled away. The stone was very large. They entered the tomb. As they did, they saw a young man dressed in a white robe. He was sitting on the right side. They were alarmed. “Don’t be alarmed,” he said. “You are looking for Yeshua the Nazarene, who was crucified. But he has risen! He is not here! See the place where they had put him. Go! Tell his disciples and Peter, ‘He is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see him. It will be just as he told you.’ ”The women were shaking and confused. They went out and ran away from the tomb. They said nothing to anyone, because they were afraid. Yeshua rose up from the dead early on the first day of the week. He appeared first to Mary Magdalene. He had driven seven demons out of her. She went and told those who had been with him. She found them crying. They were very sad. They heard that Yeshua was alive and that she had seen him. But they did not believe it. After that, Yeshua appeared in a different form to two of them. This happened while they were walking out in the country. The two returned and told the others about it. But the others did not believe them either. Later Yeshua appeared to the Eleven as they were eating. He spoke firmly to them because they had no faith. They would not believe those who had seen him after he rose from the dead.
Mark 16:1-14
3) “Abraham replied, ’They have the teachings of Moses and the Prophets. Let your brothers listen to them.’ “ ‘ “No, father Abraham,’ he said. ‘But if someone from the dead goes to them, they will turn away from their sins.’ “Abraham said to him, ’They do not listen to Moses and the Prophets. So they will not be convinced even if someone rises from the dead.’ ”
Luke 16:29-31
4) It was very early in the morning on the first day of the week. The women took spices they prepared. Then they went to the tomb. They found the stone rolled away from it. When they entered the tomb, they did not find the body of Yeshua. They were wondering about this. Suddenly two men in clothes as bright as lightning stood beside them. The women were terrified. They bowed down with their faces to the ground. Then the men said to them, “Why do you look for the living among the dead? Yeshua is not here! He has risen! Remember how he told you he would rise. It was while he was still with you in Galilee. He said, ’The Son of Man must be handed over sinful people. He must be nailed to a cross. On the third day he will rise from the dead.’ ”Then the women remembered Yeshua’s words. They came back from the tomb. They told all these things to the Eleven and to all of the others. Mary Magdalene, Joanna, Mary the mother of James, and the others with them were the ones who told the apostles. But the apostles did not believe the women. Their words didn’t make any sense to them. But Peter go up and ran to the tomb. He bent over and saw the strips of linen lying by themselves. Then he went away, wondering what had happened.
Luke 24:1-12
5) Early on the first day of the week, Mary Magdalene went to the tomb. It was still dark. She saw that the stone had been moved away from the entrance. So she ran to Simon Peter and another disciple, the one Yeshua loved. She said, “They have taken Yeshua out of the tomb! We don’t know where they have put him!” So Peter and the other disciple started out for the tomb. Both of them were running. The other disciple ran faster than Peter. He reached the tomb first. He bent over and looked in at the strips of linen lying there. But he did not go in. Then Simon Peter, who was behind him, arrived. He went into the tomb. He saw the strips of linen lying there. He also saw the burial cloth that had been around Yeshua’s head. Then cloth was folded up by itself. It was separate from the linen. The disciple who had reached the tomb first also went inside. He saw and believed. Still did not understand from scripture that Yeshua had to rise from the dead. Then the disciples went back to their homes. But Mary stood outside the tomb crying. As she cried, she bent over to look into the tomb. She saw two angles dressed in white. They were seated where Yeshua’s body had been. On of them was where Yeshua’s head been laid. The other sat where his feet had been placed. They asked her, “Woman, why are you crying?” “They have taken Yeshua away,” she said. “I don’t know where they have put him.” Then she turned around and saw Yeshua standing there. But she didn’t realize that it was Yeshua. “Woman, “ he said, “why are you crying? Who are you looking for?” She thought he was the gardener. So she said, “Sir, did you carry him away? Tell me where you put him. Then I will go and get him.” Yeshua said to her, “Mary.” She turned toward him. The she cried out Aramaic language, “Rabboni!” Robboni means teacher. Yeshua said, “Do not hold on to me. I have not yet returned to the father. Instead, go to those who believe in me. Tell them, ‘I am returning to my father and your father, to my Yahovah your Yahovah.’ ” Mary Magdalene went to the disciples with the news. She said, “I have seen Yeshua!” And she told them that he had said these things to her.

Romans 4:24-25
16) But here is how Yahovah has shown his love for us. While we were still sinners, Yeshua died for us. The blood of Yeshua has made us right with Yahovah. So we are even more sure that Yeshua will save us from Yahovah’s anger. Once we were Yahovah’s enemies. But we have been brought back to him because his Son has died for us. Now that Yahovah has brought us back, we are even more secure. We know that we will be saved because Yeshua lives. And that is not all. We are full of joy in Yahovah because of our Yeshua Messiah. Because of him, Yahovah has brought us back to himself.

Revelation 20:5-6
35) And if Messiah is proclaimed that he has been raised from the dead, how do some among you say that there is no resurrection of the dead? And if there is no resurrection of the dead, then Messiah has not been raised. And if Messiah has not been raised, then our proclaiming is empty, and your belief also empty, and we are also found false witnesses of Elohim, because we have witnessed of Elohim that he raised up Messiah, whom he did not did not raise up, if then the dead are not raised. For if the dead are not raised, then neither Messiah has been raised. And if Messiah has not been raised, your belief is to no purpose, you are still in your sins! Then also those who have fallen asleep in Messiah have perished. If in this life only we have expectation in Messiah, we are of all men the most wretched. But now Messiah has been raised from the dead, and has become the first-fruit of those having fallen asleep. For since death is through a man, resurrection of the dead is also through a man. For as all die in Adam, so also all shall be made alive in Messiah. And each in his own order: Messiah the first fruits, then those who are of Messiah at his coming, then the end, when he delivers up the reign to Elohim the father, when he has brought to naught all rule and all authority and power.
1st Corinthians 15:12-24
36) For he has to reign until he has put all enemies under his feet. The last enemy to be brought to naught is death. For “He has put all under His feet.” But when he says “all are put under him,” it is clear that he who put all under him is excepted. And when all are made subject to him, then the Son himself shall also be subject to him then the Son himself shall also be subject to him who put all under him, in order that Elohim be all in all. Otherwise, what shall they do who are immersed for the dead? And why do we stand in danger every hour? I affirm, by the boasting in you which I have in Messiah Yeshua our Master, I die day by day. It, as men do, I have fought with beasts at Ephesos, of what good is it to me? If the dead are not raised, “Let us eat and drink, for tomorrow we die.” Do not be led astray, “Evil company corrupts good habits.” Wake up to soberness, righteously, and do not sin, for some do not have the knowledge of Elohim. I speak this to your shame.
1st Corinthians 15:25-34
37) But someone might say, “How are the dead raised up? And with what body do they come?” Senseless one! What you sow is not made alive unless it dies. And as to what you sow: you do not sow the body which is to be, but a bare grain, it might be wheat or some other grain. But Elohim gives it a body as he wishes, and to each seed a body of its own. All flesh is not the same flesh, but there is one flesh of men, and another flesh of beasts, and another of fishes, and another of birds. And there are heavenly bodies and earthly bodies, but the esteem of the heavenly is truly one, and the esteem of the earthly is another, one esteem of the sun, and another esteem of the moon, and another esteem of the stars - for star differs from star in esteem. So also is the resurrection of the dead: it is sown in corruption, it is raised in incorruption; it is sown in disrespect, it is raised in esteem; it is sown in weakness, it is raised in power; it is sown a natural body, it is raised a spiritual body; there is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body. And so it has been written, “the first man Adam became a living being,” the last Adam a life-giving Spirit. The spiritual, however, was not first, but the natural, and afterward the spiritual. The first man was of the earth, earthly; the second Man is the Master from heaven. As is the earthly, so also are those who are earthly; and as is the heavenly, so also are those who are heavenly. And as we have borne the likeness of the earthly, we shall also bear the likeness of the heavenly. And this I say, brothers, that flesh and blood is unable to inherit the reign of Elohim, neither does corruption inherit incorruption. See I speak a secret to you: We shall not all sleep, but we shall be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
1st Corinthians 15:35-52
38) And according to his practice, Sha’ul went in unto them, and for three Sabbaths was reasoning with them from the Scriptures, explaining out that the Messiah had to suffer and rise again from the dead, and saying, “This is the Messiah, Yeshua, whom I proclaim to you.”

38) But having the same spirit of belief, according to what has been written, “I believed, therefore I spoke,” we also believe, therefore we also speak, knowing that He who raised up the Master Yeshua shall also rise up through Yeshua, and shall present us with you.

Luke 24:45-47
64) We are therefore buried with Him through immersion into death, that as Messiah was raised from the dead by the esteem of the Father, so also we should walk in newness of life. For if we have come to be grown together in the likeness of His death, we shall be also of the resurrection, knowing this, that our old man was impaled with Him, so that the body of sin might be rendered powerless, to serve sin no longer. For he who has died has been made right from sin. And if we died with Messiah, we believe that we shall also live with Him, knowing that Messiah, having been raised from the dead, dies no more — death no longer rules Him. For in that He died, He died to sin once for all; but in that He lives, He lives to Elohim. So you also, reckon yourselves to be dead indeed to sin, but alive to Elohim in Messiah Yeshua our Master.
